In spring, Urban Art will blossom with big exhibitions, art fairs, the opening of new galleries, the preparation of summer festivals…
GraffitiART #76 spotlights Invader, the worldwide star of Street Art and his multiple invasions around the world, his flagship exhibition entitled Invader Space Station, and his skyrocketing market prices… This issue talks about our encounter with the artist, his exhibition, and his universe in general. It also dives into the powerful community of Flashers in frenzied search of his mosaics. In his interview, Invader gives us hints about the only mosaic that has never been flashed.
On the side of talents: we meet Ceet Fouad and his friendly chickens about to colonise Paris, and explore the unique universes of Alice Pasquini’s stencils, her complex palette, and graceful silhouettes; Philippe Hérard’s delicate collages exploring human frailties.
On the gallery side, projects abound with the opening of galleries such as Knafo-Pouyet (Paris, France), Galerie ABCD (Mougins, France), and Malagacha (Lausanne, Switzerland) as well as foreign galleries moving to Paris.
