Something is brewing behind the scenes of urban art. Several residency programs initiated by public and private actors have recently opened their doors, along with new prizes dedicated to this art form “born in the street”. A good thing for the movement in need of recognition and artists looking for funding, who are provided with creative spaces, grants and sometimes professional support to carry on their projects.
